Not certain if there's something preferable and quicker over a DeWalt 611

some say for aluminum that it does the activity yet not respectable and you need to go moderate.

Yasnac i80 - how to change Japanese to English?

Sun, 06/03/2018 - 10:07
I am asking you for help in solving the following problem.
We have an ENSHU 400 machine with the Yasnac I80 driver in the company.
Unfortunately, after the power supply was damaged, the machine lost its settings.
First of all, Japanese appeared instead of English on the screen of the machine.
There is a chance that you will give me a way to change the language from Japanese to language
Thank you for your help

Thu, 05/31/2018 - 08:53
I have a 98 Mycenter Zero with the Yaskawa Drive. When I do a M19, it will not orientate. It just rocks back and forth. Looking at the schematic, I was looking for an amplifier for the magnet. Cant find the magnet, nor the amplifier. Kitamura says there is not an encoder on the spindle motor. I am at a lose. I could really use some help, anyone else ever have this problem? Any help is definitely appreciated

AMADA RG80 / NC9EX backstops losing sizes

Tue, 05/22/2018 - 04:22

I'm hoping someone can offer some insight into a problem with our Amada RG80 press brake.
The machine is equiped with a 9EX control.

When a bend is programmed, the size comes out correctly for the first bend. Thereafter, the backstops tend to drift out around 0.2 of a mm for each bend thereafter. By the time five bends are completed, the backstops are around a millimeter off.

Any idea what could be causing this?

GG2 Ghost gunner CNC Mill computer nice with jigs and extras

Mon, 05/21/2018 - 11:16
For sale is a Ghost Gunner 2 Made here in the USA. This CNC functions perfectly and come with extras that include both AR jigs and 3 mill bits, one that was found to leave a nicer final finish. extra hold downs, the GG zip drive. Slightly used and is very well made. I will ship right away with USPS services and comes in original packaging.

The Ghost Gunner is a general purpose CNC mill, built upon a large body of open source work, grbl g-code motion control, and popular microcontrollers.Beyond files of .DD format the Ghost Gunner is meant to accept TinyG code from any CAM program.

I am Asking $1500 for it. Send me Pm for inquiries and also pictures. Thanks

Amada Arcade 212

Thu, 05/17/2018 - 13:09
Hello everyone,
This is my first post and I hope I am in the right place asking for help. I have an Amada Arcade 212 (1996) equipped with a GE Fanuc 16P.
I have encountered the following problem - while working the machine stopped moving on X and Y axes. I tried putting the machine in manual and make the reference again but that did not work. I have the following error message:

How many spindles are there in a CNC milling machine?

Tue, 05/15/2018 - 01:35
By and large, all CNC Lathes and Milling machines are by and large single shafts. Most Milling machines are single shaft as it were. Multispindle Milling machines are uncommon and for the unique reason as it were.

Some CNC machines have a sub axle, ie, set up of tailstock, they have a shaft that can likewise slide pivotally.

Trickle feeding a Fanuc Amadan-04P-C, can it be done?

Mon, 05/07/2018 - 15:19
I'll start by saying that I'm a complete newbie when it comes to this, but I'm considered the engineering guy that can make things happen, so I've been blessed/cursed with this challenge.

We have a Amada punch that currently uses a Fanuc Amadan-04P-C controller, which is tied to a PC over RS-232. Currently, we are sending programs (macros is how I understood it) through this PC to the Amada, and then the magic happens. We are now wanting to expand our programs, and one challenge we are having is that we are running out of memory on this controller. So one thought that came to mind from my other RS-232 experiences is, could we trickle/drip down data to this controller instead of uploading a complete program in one go? What I'm ultimately trying to get to is, if we can avoid replacing the controller and instead with the help of a PC upload segments of G code (I think this is what it is) over RS-232, then we solve our memory problem and just keep trickle/drip feeding data in to this thing.

Is the idea crazy or impossible?
